Objective

Restore the accommodation park proposed for rental to tourists, put them back to the standards of comfort and security and give them an aesthetic aspect that corresponds to the expectations of the clients.

Only two obligations to benefite of these subsidization

• Respect of the renovation plans


• The management of the apartment has to be given to an estate agency for a period of 9 years. The apartment has to be free for rental to tourists during 12 weeks of the winter season (this still leaves 6 to 7 weeks of the winter free for personal use)  

Realization of the renovation

After a visit and the making of the renovation plans, there are two possibilities :

- the renovations are carried out by the private owner after approval of the project by SEM RENOV
- the renovations are carried out by a trading company chosen by the private owner after approval of the project by SEM RENOV

Advantages

• - SEM RENOV assures the supervision of the paperwork and the finances of the file (the costs are paid by the municipality
• - Better renting capacity
• - Local government star classification and internal Quality label
• - If you want to sell the apartment or to change the situation, you can get out the system by refunding the joint participation au prorata temporis.

• - Contact the Tourist Office of Les Menuires
• - An information meeting will be organised at the Tourist Office: examples of renovation plans, samples of materials and pictures will be shown
• - Afterwards a visit of your apartment is organised to make the renovation plans
• - Signing of the contract
• - Realisation of the renovations
• -Control by SEM RENOV of the renovated apartment and handing over of the proof of evidence
